Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally satisfied with your Mombox product. Returns are accepted for all unopened kits, within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unaltered and in the original packaging. Please contact us here with your name, order number, and reason for return, and we will issue you a prepaid return label. Once your items have been restocked, you'll receive a full refund, less any applicable shipping costs.
